This quest is very straight foward.

complete the requirements of level 80 in hitpoints, prayer and defence.

Speak to the guildmaster at the hunters prime teleport (located under "other" teleports).

he will give you a tanky hunter ring and complete your quest, and you are now able to fight prime monsters down the ladder for some danky gear.
